CERI ON COEXISTENCE:
We face a global crisis of extinctions caused primarily by human population growth and humankind's alteration of habitat needed by other species. We need other species for our own survival. We have a moral obligation to allow them to coexist. We need to leave enough space for other species We need to plan and control our own growth. Our program goals are to find ways to enable human beings to live in harmony with other species and to implement those methods across landscapes. CERI is developing and implementing ways to do this. Our approach can be thought of as "biocentric" planning. Unlike most traditional planning efforts, "biocentric" planning has a primary focus of maintaining ecological functions and species rather than optimizing human needs such as transportation or access to goods and materials. This is responsible planning. Humans are the most adaptable species. We need to ensure the survival of other species before irreversibly altering the environment for our own purposes. If you feel that other species need a place to live. If you want to share the land with them. If you want to help. You can begin by helping to support CERI. A basic supporting membership is $25.00 and includes a poster:

And you don't need to take a poster if you don't want it and would prefer to let CERI use the money for projects instead: Other categories of donation include a
